Accomodation
The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park is a dual-branded hotel, incorporating both Pullman and Mercure accommodation within the same building. All delegates, regardless of room type, share the same hotel facilities, including conference spaces, restaurants, bar, gym, and other amenities.

PULLMAN MELBOURNE ALBERT PARK
ASDP has secured a limited group allocation at the hotel, offering delegates the convenience of staying onsite with easy access to all conference sessions and social events.
Three room types are available within the group block, all including breakfast:
Accommodation can be booked during the registration process or added at a later date, subject to availability. Once the allocated room block is fully booked, accommodation will be offered at the hotel’s best available rate.

Accommodation Information
ASDP has reserved a number of rooms from Wednesday, 19 August to Sunday, 23 August 2026 at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, and these are available to registered conference delegates at discounted rates. Additional nights before or after the conference are available on request.
Pullman Classic Guestroom
Bed & Breakfast - AUD $300 per room per night (single occupancy) or AUD $330 per room per night (double occupancy)
The Pullman Classic Guestroom offers a comfortable and well-appointed space, suitable for both work and relaxation. Rooms feature contemporary furnishings, a dedicated work desk, and modern amenities. Bedding is available as one king bed or two single beds, making this room type a flexible option for conference delegates.
Mercure Superior Guestroom
Bed & Breakfast - AUD $215 per room per night (single occupancy) or AUD $245 per room per night (double occupancy)
The Mercure Superior Room provides a comfortable and functional stay with contemporary furnishings and essential amenities. Rooms include a dedicated work desk and modern bathroom facilities. Bedding is available as one king bed or two single beds, offering a practical option for delegates attending the conference.
Pullman Superior Guestroom
Bed & Breakfast - AUD $330 per room per night (single occupancy) or AUD $360 per room per night (double occupancy)
Available for bookings on Thursday and Friday nights.

Cancellation
Accommodation bookings at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park facilitated through the ASDP 2026 Annual Conference registration process are subject to the supplier's cancellation policy and cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the supplier’s discretion. Cancellations must be received in writing to annualmeting@asdp.au.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Windows Restaurant
Windows Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience with views over Albert Park and a menu that highlights fresh Victorian produce. It’s open for buffet and à la carte breakfast each morning, typically from early to late morning, and serves dinner on selected evenings.
Mortimer’s Bar
Mortimer’s Bar is the hotel’s main bar and lounge space, open daily for drinks, casual meals, and light bites. It’s a popular spot for a coffee in the morning, an afternoon break, or a drink after sessions. Typical bar hours extend into the evening.
Cafe
The on-site café serves specialty coffee, teas and pastries, making it a good choice for a quick breakfast, morning pick-me-up, or casual catch-up during the day.
Getting there
From Melbourne Airport (MEL)
The hotel is about 25–30 minutes by car from Melbourne Airport, depending on traffic. You can choose a taxi or rideshare service directly from the terminal for the most direct trip. Public transport options involve a combination of SkyBus and tram or train services, but there are no direct airport buses to the hotel, so these will take longer and involve transfers.
From the CBD
Pullman Melbourne Albert Park is around 10 minutes by road from the Melbourne CBD. The hotel is well connected by tram services along St Kilda Road (routes 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67), with tram stop 27 a short walk from the hotel entrance.
Public Transport

Parking
On-site secure undercover parking is available for hotel guests via the Lorne Street or Queens Road entrances, including self-parking and valet options. Rates are generally around $30 for self-parking per day and $55 for valet per night, with access 24/7. EV charging is also available.
